3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payments may be required in advance, upon arrival, or upon departure, depending on the selected rate.
3.2 Non-refundable rates must be paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or cancelled.
3.3 The hotel may perform a pre-authorization on the credit card to guarantee the reservation.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
4.2 Unless otherwise stated in the reservation confirmation, the following applies:

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days] before arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 2 days] before arrival will incur a charge of percentage or first night

  • In the event of a no-show, the full amount or at least the first night will be charged.

6. Stay at The Monk Hotel Apartments

6.1 It is not permitted to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room.
6.2 Pets are only allowed if approved in advance.
6.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.
6.4 Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Costs may be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

7.1 The Monk Hotel Apartments is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
7.2 The hotel is not responsible for delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by force majeure, including technical failures, natural disasters, or strikes.
7.3 The use of hotel facilities is at the Guest’s own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 The hotel processes personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
